Do to the subjective nature of a sight test we have to rely on the answers you give us during the test. This can sometimes lead to slight differences in the prescription from one test to another. And sometimes this may lead to a prescription which isn’t tolerated as well. When you buy your spectacles or contact lenses from us, we will happily retest you and put right any issues as we price this possibility in the cost that we charge. However, if you get your spectacles or contact lenses elsewhere then it is the responsibility of the supplier of your optical products to rectify this. Should this situation arise, any time spent and costs incurred by us will be chargeable to you.
