We pride ourselves in offering exceptional customer service, products and advice. However, this incurs significant costs to us as a business. Therefore, due to the bespoke nature of the service, advice and goods given, once an order is placed, this will be deemed final. No refunds will be made for any cancelled orders. We will require a minimum of 50% deposit on top of any professional fees, on all orders placed.
Due to the subjective nature of a sight test we have to rely on the answers you give us during the test. This can sometimes lead to slight differences in the prescription from one test to another. And sometimes this may lead to a prescription which isn’t tolerated as well. Likewise, the correct fitting of the spectacles, the measurement of, the selection of and the supply of appropriate, accurately manufactured lenses, are all critical to successful spectacle wear.
When you buy your spectacles or contact lenses from us, we will happily retest you and put right any issues as we price this possibility into the fees that we charge. However, if you get your spectacles or contact lenses elsewhere, then it is the responsibility of the supplier of your optical products to rectify this. Should this situation arise, any time spent and costs incurred by us will be chargeable to you.
